Sweet Pancakes with Jelly

Actually, these are crepes rather than pancakes, but I’m going with Grandpa Roth’s original recipe title.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. These are thin pancakes. Cook as for crepes.
  2. Serve with butter and grape jelly.
