1cupsourdough starter (active or discard)
3/4cupwater1/4cupolive oil or coconut oil
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
3cups all-purpose or whole wheat flour
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and knead for 2 to 3 minutes in mixer using the dough hook. Alternatively, you can knead by hand for 5 minutes until the dough is elastic.
Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and ferment at room temperature for 12 to 24 hrs.
