Peanut butter
Milk
Oats
Honey

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 cup strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup orange juice

Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie

Pineapple
Banana
Coconut milk
Lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
