This comforting meal will be waiting for you when you get home. It’s one of those recipes that you will put on your cool weather meal rotation.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thawed or frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 (15-ounce) cans chicken broth
24 ounces frozen egg noodles
1 carrot, diced small (optional)
1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)
If you don’t have frozen egg noodles, go ahead and use regular dry noodles, as shown, but they are not quite as good as the frozen.
