Roasted potato wedges are crispy, golden-brown pieces of potatoes that are cut into wedge shapes, seasoned and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges Garlic powder Onion powder Salt Pepper Avocado oil or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Toss all together in a small amount of avocado or olive oil.
  3. Pour into the air fryer basket. Roast at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes, tossing every 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. You can use whatever herbs and spices you would like.

To bake in the oven

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easier clean-up.
  2. Place a cooling rack on top of the baking sheet, and place the fries in a single layer.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each wedge over. Bake for another 8 to 13 minutes or until desired crispiness.
