Reese’s No-Bake Cheesecake is a delicious and creamy dessert that combines the rich, peanut buttery flavor of Reese’s peanut butter cups with a smooth, velvety cheesecake texture.

Ingredients

  • 12 regular size Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 Graham cracker crust (store bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Mix the first seven ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer until blended.
  2. Pour into the Graham cracker crust, then freeze for two hours.
  3. After two hours, remove the cheesecake to the refrigerator.
