This moist banana-walnut bread is the perfect complement to your morning coffee or tea.
1/2 cup butter, unsalted (room temperature)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup banana (3 medium or 4 small ripe bananas), mashed)
3 large eggs (room temperature)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup California walnuts (in halves or large pieces)
