Instructions

Sweet and Sour Smokies 2
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker or large saucepan. Stir well to mix. Heat on LOW for 2 to 4 hours in a slow cooker or simmer on stove top for 10 to 12 minutes until sausages are heated throughout and sauce is bubbly.
Saucy Smokies
In a bowl combine ketchup, Sriracha sauce, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well. Dump the cocktail sausages (or mini kielbasas) into a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top. Heat on LOW for about 2 to 4 hours.
In a medium size saucepan, whisk ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, water and cornstarch together. Add sausages and stir to coat sausages with sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce the burner to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Alternatively, the sauce ingredients can be combined in a bowl, mixed well and poured over the sausages in a slow cooker. Heat on LOW for 2 to 4 hours.
Barbecue Beer Smokies
Place the little smokies sausages in a slow cooker. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or LOW for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until the sausages are warmed through.
Honey Sriracha Smokies
In a slow cooker, whisk together the jalapeno pepper jelly, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, Sriracha sauce, and sesame oil. Add the sausages and stir to combine. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or on LOW for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until the sausages are warmed through.
Whiskey Smokies
Combine all of the ingredients in a slow cooker or large saucepan. Stir well to mix. Heat on LOW for 2 to 4 hours in slow cooker or simmer on stove top for 10 to 12 minutes until sausages are heated throughout and sauce is bubbly.
