Impossible Egg Custard Pie

This is the easiest way I know of to make a custard pie because it’s all done in the blender…including the crust!

Ingredients

Units Scale

2 cups milk

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick or Biscuit Baking Mix

1/4 cup butter

4 eggs

1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender; cover and blend on high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  3. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50 to 55 minutes.
  4. Refrigerate any leftover pie.
