Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes aren’t fancy, but they are sure good! This is an easy recipe for sweet potatoes which is especially good when served with ham steaks.

4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil + more for drizzling
1/2cuphoney2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
Salt (optional)
Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash sweet potatoes under cold water and scrub with a brush to remove soil. Pare.
Chop sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes and place on a 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until tender.
Transfer sweet potatoes to sauté pan over medium heat. Toss with olive oil, honey, cinnamon and allspice. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden.
