Use Fry Sauce instead of ketchup for your French fries. It’s fantastic! It is also good for dipping fried appetizers such as zucchini, eggplant, dill pickles, etc.

The original Fry sauce has only two ingredients – mayonnaise and ketchup.

Ingredients

Original Fry Sauce

1 part real mayonnaise
1 part ketchup
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard (optional)
Dill pickle juice (optional)
Seasoning salt (optional)

Ranch-Sour Cream Fry Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heinz chili sauce
1 teaspoon dry Ranch dressing mix
1/4 cup sour cream

Idaho Fry Sauce

1 cup + 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Original Fry Sauce

  1. Mix mayonnaise and ketchup together. Thin it down a little with dill pickle juice.
  2. Add a little seasoning salt.
  3. Store in a clean, empty ketchup bottle.

Ranch-Sour Cream Fry Sauce

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.

Idaho Fry Sauce

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, onion powder, ground mustard and paprika until smooth.
  2. Stir in ketchup, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
  4. Store covered in the refrigerator.
