Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 to 1 teaspoon granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, lemon or lime juice, green onions, red pepper flakes and sugar, if using.
Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
The top may be garnished with a lemon or lime slice and small red chile peppers, if desired.
