Dill Weed Dip
This is an old standby recipe that I began making in the 60s. Time certainly hasn’t lessened my appreciation for it. It’s as good today as it was then!

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon Spice Island dill weed
- 1 tablespoon Spice Island shredded scallion
- 1 teaspoon Spice Island Beau Monde
Instructions
- Mix well and refrigerate.
- Serve with vegetables and rye bread.
