Crock Chops

A very tasty three-ingredient pork chop recipe easily made in your slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • Pork chops
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the chops well in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay pork chops in a slow cooker.
  3. Mix together the ranch dressing and soup.* Pour over the top of the chops.
  4. Sprinkle on the Worcestershire sauce, if using.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until chops are fall-off-the-bone tender.

Notes

* You can also skip the mixing; just pour the soup over the top and sprinkle with the Ranch dressing.
