Cracker Barrel Green Chile Jack Chicken recipe

Cracker Barrel Green Chile Jack Chicken features chicken breast strips cooked with green chiles and melted Jack cheese.

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast strips 1 teaspoon chili powder 4 ounces green chiles 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Spray a medium size skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle chili powder over chicken. Cook chicken strips until no longer pink.
  3. Turn heat to low and add green chiles on top of chicken. Cook until chiles are warmed.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the chiles, and cook until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with salsa on the side.
