A delicious slow cooker recipe for country-style steak.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 or 4 cube steaks or 1 round steak, cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 (0.75 ounce) envelope brown gravy mix
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 to 3/4 soup can water

Instructions

  1. Place meat into slow cooker.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas.

Notes

Sliced fresh mushrooms may also be added.
