Sausage cheese balls are popular as appetizers, party snacks, or breakfast treats because they are easy to make and delicious.
3 cups Original Bisquick mix or homemade Biscuit Baking Mix
1 pound bulk pork sausage
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft) Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Decrease Bisquick to 2 1/2 cups; stir in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
