This is a super recipe for Chili Mac ‘n’ Cheese. The recipe can easily be halved if you would like to make less.
2 cups macaroni, uncooked
1 pound ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 small cans diced tomatoes or 2 cans tomato soup
1 (16-ounce) can kidney beans, drained
4 ounces mozzarella or Cheddar cheese, grated
